SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless prearranged with one of our representatives.  If you need assistance in finding a good shipping provider, please contact us and we will give you some recommendation on LTL or Heavy Haul  shippers.

Warranty Policy

Artley's Equipment Ring does not offer warranty on any of its products unless it is noted. 

We do offer new products that carry a FACTORY WARRANTY supplied by the Manufacturer who made the piece of equipment.  If you have a warranty claim or feel that you need something looked at, please give us a call and we will help facilitate the conversation between you and the manufacturer.
